let us answer your

frequently asked questions

There’s a short list of questions we get asked most. If you’re still not sure or want to get in touch about organising a private event, click the button below.

What hapens if the weather is bad?

We may need to close if the weather is really bad. This doesn’t happen often though, so we’ll be in touch if the weather looks particularly bad.

Your tickets will be re-allocated to another day which suits you, but bare in mind we are an outdoor activity, so come prepared with suitable clothing/shoes etc…

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not. We don’t allow dogs in the field, except for guide/service dogs.

I am disabled, can I bring my wheelchair?

Yes of course! The ground around the fields does get compacted, but if the weather has been wet or due to be wet, it can get muddy and the ground may become uneven.

Can we bring food & drink?

We have a lovely picnic area, so please feel free to bring your own picnic. Ice creams, cakes, hot & cold drinks will be avaliable to purchase from the coffee shed also.

What footwear do you recommend?

Please wear suitable footwear as this is a grass field. Trainers, close-toed shoes and wellies are great depending on weather conditions.

Do you have toilets on site?

Yes we do have toilet facilities, so you won’t get caught short!

Do you offer parties, school visits or private events?

Yes we can cater for children’s parties, please email us with your requirements and we can discuss options.

We can also accommodate school visits before they break up for Summer. Please email us for more information.

You can also hire the field or an area for an event, yoga workshop or photography session, please do get in touch.
